Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Fluent English with clear communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekend/holiday shifts
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
