Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex resolutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Uphold company brand values in all communications
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or BPO experience
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
- Proficient in typing (30+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with shift work (including nights/weekends)
- Basic CRM software knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude under pressure
