Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalate appropriately when needed
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and communication techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Windows OS and basic CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- College degree or relevant vocational certificate preferred
