Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email for premium international accounts.
- Resolve complex product or service inquiries by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including CSAT, AHT, and Quality Assurance scores.
- Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Completed at least two years of college education or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and multi-tasking across different software platforms.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
