Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (voice, chat, email) with 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while adhering to SLA standards
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives through feedback and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Fluency in English with neutral accent and clear communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice interactions
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Relevant degree or certification in business/communication (advantageous)
