Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using multi-channel support tools and CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, AHT, and FCR targets
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center/BPO experience or customer service background
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy-driven approach
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Flexible availability including evening/weekend shifts
- College degree preferred (Business/Communications majors)
