Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Exceed performance metrics in CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or contact center environment
- Fluency in English and Filipino with neutral accent
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
