- Handle 40-60 daily customer interactions across multiple channels
- Resolve complex billing and technical issues with first-call resolution
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with 98% compliance
- Upsell products/services during high-touch interactions
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
- Adhere strictly to data security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or contact center environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent (written/spoken)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Ability to type 25+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules (including weekends)
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred
