Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs for First Call Resolution and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue escalation
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Identify process improvement opportunities for client accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year BPO/Customer Service experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Neutral accent and clear articulation
- Basic computer literacy with 30+ WPM typing speed
