Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues through multi-channel support (voice, chat, email)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Fluent in English with clear neutral accent
- Strong typing skills (30+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
