Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex client inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and sales teams to escalate and resolve issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
