Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training for product/process updates
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or BPO experience preferred
- Fluent English with neutral accent; proficiency in Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; college graduates encouraged
