Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and first-call resolution rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a BPO/call center
- Fluent in English with clear communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules including weekends/holidays
