Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM systems and proprietary tools
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call quality and resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with new technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with resilience in handling challenging customer interactions
