Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and process transactions using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in BPO or similar
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in typing (30+ WPM) and basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
