Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Fluent in English with clear neutral accent
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Typing speed minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
