Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-channel customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting KPIs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs assessment
- Adapt to evolving product knowledge and technology platforms
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
