Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in continuous training programs
- Adhere to data security and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or BPO environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules
