Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in client-specific platforms
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- 6 months+ experience in customer service/BPO
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing (30+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCAP) preferred
