Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Proactively upsell solutions during customer interactions
- Contribute to knowledge base development and process optimization
- Mentor new team members and share best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related experience
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid environment
- Experience with SaaS or technology products
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
