Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate critical feedback
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
- Support retention initiatives through proactive relationship building
- Meet key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities
- Spanish fluency highly valued
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
