Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels
- Resolve technical issues and process transactions with 98% accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous training programs for product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years experience in BPO or customer service environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent (written & verbal)
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing (35+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Relevant certifications in ITIL or customer service preferred
