Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency across multiple communication channels
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols for data security and privacy regulations
- Maintain positive brand representation through professional communication standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO or retail environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent and clear articulation
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- College degree or vocational certification in business/communications
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
