Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with first-contact resolution excellence
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet and exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and conversion targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Act as brand ambassador in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
