Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve complex technical inquiries with empathy and precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through proactive communication
- Train new team members on service protocols and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or technical support roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Experience with SaaS products or tech industry background
