Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring problems and improve services
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce with 99% accuracy
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
