Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat)
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs including Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution, and Customer Satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
- Participate in continuous coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/customer service environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent; proficiency in second language is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
