- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support product launches with specialized customer training
- Maintain service level agreements with 95%+ resolution rate
- Contribute to team knowledge base with best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure during escalations
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Advanced typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
