Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM platforms
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal systems
- Collaborate with QA teams for continuous improvement
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing (30+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- College degree preferred but not required
- Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce highly valued
