Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining strict data privacy protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot escalated service concerns
- Document interactions accurately and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Adhere to SLAs and quality assurance standards across all channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year BPO/call center experience with proven performance metrics
- Fluent English communication with neutral accent and clear articulation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays (rotating shifts)
- College degree or relevant vocational certification
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
