Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in coaching sessions and skill development programs
- Adhere to data security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- College degree or 1+ years in customer service/call center
- Fluent English communication with neutral accent
- Proficient in Windows, CRM software, and multitasking
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic knowledge of financial/technical products (preferred)
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-pressure scenarios
