Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical product inquiries and billing issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce with 100% data integrity
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including AHT (Average Handle Time) and CSAT
- Collaborate with technical escalation teams for complex issue resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in BPO or contact center environment
- Proficiency in English with clear neutral accent
- Advanced typing skills (40+ WPM) with CRM software proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with high emotional intelligence
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- College degree preferred or equivalent vocational certification
