Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining data accuracy
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through quality feedback
- Train new team members on service protocols and product knowledge
- Contribute to monthly CX strategy reviews with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related support role
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certified in conflict resolution or customer service excellence
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
