Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and update CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain deep product knowledge across service portfolios
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year BPO/call center experience
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic data analysis skills
