Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve complex technical inquiries with precision and patience
- Document interactions in our CRM system while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with product teams to identify recurring service issues
- Proactively upsell solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain CSAT scores above 95% through personalized service
- Participate in weekly training to stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or technical support roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and de-escalate situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Experience working in SaaS or technology industries preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
