Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Meet/exceed KPIs: AHT 180s, CSAT 90%, FCR 85%
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and skill workshops
- Maintain 99.5% adherence to scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or college graduate (any field)
- 6+ months BPO/call center experience preferred
- WPM 35+ typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Fluent in English with neutral accent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Resilience under pressure with positive attitude
