Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining service excellence standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in ongoing training programs to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/call center environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent and clear diction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- College degree or relevant vocational certificate
- Background in retail, tech support, or hospitality preferred
