Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to prevent recurring problems
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services to provide accurate solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Proactively suggest service improvements based on customer feedback trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry products preferred
- Spanish language fluency a plus
