Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining service excellence standards
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Continuously improve processes through feedback and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in BPO or contact center environment
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- College degree or relevant vocational certificate required
