Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Handle escalated issues with composure and solution-oriented mindset
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and process refinement
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Mentor new team members on best practices and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with tech industry preference
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Customer Service Certification (CSCP) a plus
