Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rating
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer feedback solutions
- Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs-based consultative approaches
- Participate in quarterly process optimization initiatives
- Mentor new team members on communication best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with proven de-escalation techniques
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish speakers strongly preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCXP, CSM) considered a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills for identifying process improvement opportunities
- Empathetic communication style with active listening expertise
