Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years BPO/call center experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent)
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing (30+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic CRM knowledge (Salesforce/Zendesk a plus)
