Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues using empathetic communication and problem-solving techniques
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service quality and knowledge sharing
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong typing skills (35 WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including weekends
- Customer-centric mindset with resilience under pressure
