Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 24-hour response SLA
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement service improvements
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce CRM
- Train and mentor new team members on service protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform product development
- Support high-value clients with dedicated account management
- Contribute to quarterly service optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with SaaS/tech industry experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Fluent English with multilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
- Experience managing high-volume ticket systems
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence (CCSE) or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
