Responsibilities
- Deliver multichannel support (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and upsell solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to document feedback and improve service offerings
- Maintain detailed case documentation and compliance with SLA standards
- Train new team members on service protocols and best practices
- Participate in quarterly service optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with SaaS or tech industry experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Fluent in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with quality assurance metrics and performance improvement
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
