Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with product teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment preferred
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
