Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product/service issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback analysis
- Maintain SLA adherence with < 15-minute average response time
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles with proven conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- Experience handling high-volume (50+ daily interactions) environments
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Customer service certification (preferred)
