- Deliver empathetic, personalized support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with efficiency and precision while maintaining brand voice
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to drive systemic improvements

- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce with 99% accuracy
- Mentor new team members and share best practices
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with proven success metrics
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support systems
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Spanish fluency highly valued
