Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in BPO/retail
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic typing speed of 30+ WPM
