Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while adhering to SLAs
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-first mindset
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
- College degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy
